Zippy Industries was founded in 2022 by married couple Chris and Marie Zipp in Prince George, VA. The business started as simply a YouTube channel and has blossomed into full customer builds and parts. We still have the YouTube channel and are trying to be more active and posting more regularly.

Chris has always had a mechanical mind with a deep interest in anything with an engine since he was a kid. He has always had a love for the Shovelhead Harley's especially the generator years as they are the best looking of all of them. Can't go wrong with a slabside shovelhead.

Chris enlisted in the Army in 2007 as an EOD technician. Due to frequent moves establishing a metal fabircation shop was out of the question. Once the family moved to Prince George, VA, that's when the decision was made to submit retirement paperwork to the Army and set some roots. This is when Zippy Industries became a reality.
